Snow Fun!

We had snow yesterday...

Not the first of the season, but the first substantial snow that lasted more than just a few hours the next morning.

I let the girlies watch it come down (and the neighbor shoveling)...

I really wanted to take them out in it, but decided they were too little and it was too cold outside. So, a friend gave me this idea! Bring the snow in to them!

I didn't know how they would react... but they seemed very interested. Hannah, although, didn't like the coldness when she tried to eat it!

I finally had to take it away from Mary... she kept reaching in for more. I was afraid her hand would get too cold!
